Came out to my condo to check on a leak and give an estimate on a repair for a violation. Never got an estimate, kept putting me off for 3 weeks. Finally, they tell me they don't have time to do the work. Very unhappy with their customer service. Would never call again.

They did a VERY quick job and changed the expansion tank on my water heater. Was happy with the worked performed.

Harrowing. Not because they were not competent but because new problems kept piling up.

They arrived early and were respectful and courteous. HOWEVER, we were NEVER told that there would be a helper/apprentice along with the plumber (stunned that they charge $110/hour for the plumber as well). We were charged $165.00 at each location (a total of $330 EXTRA) for the helper/apprentice!!! At no time was he needed nor were we told that we would be paying for him as well. Job was done correctly (we think because we're not plumbers) BUT we will NEVER, EVER hire this company again because of their billing practice of just shoving a helper/apprentice onto the truck and without warning, charging for the guy who carried boxes to the trash and cleaned up a bit of water. So BEWARE of hiring this company unless you ask a lot of questions of how you're going to be charged.

Professional and efficient when it came down to fixing our plumbing issues. No complaints.

Fastest company on replying to the customer. They sent someone the same day to take a look and fixed on the spot. Efficient and reasonable price. i will hire them again when we do the remodeling of the bathroom so they install all the plumbing.

Excellent. Made an appointment, they called when they were on their way. Showed up when they said they would. Did the job. Were professional, friendly, left everything cleaner than they found it, and I was very pleased. They are on my phone for the next time I need a plumber.

The work got completed but it took a lot of time and energy to get everything done. 1. They were called in to check on a valve that supposedly needed to be changed per dishwasher delivery team. They came, on time, checked the valve and said all good, no need to change. Told me delivery team should know better, that they'd come back to install it if needed. 2. After delivery team came back and said they could not install the dishwasher, All Dade came back to install it. They actually had to CHANGE the valve - had they changed it the first time, it would have taken 30 more minutes and save everybody some headaches. And I would not have been charged twice. They came 2.5 hours late to install the dishwasher, after I was told they would come during first morning slot between 7 and 9. I had to call 3 times to get some response and before they eventually dispatched someone. 3. Dishwasher finally was installed. Sometime during install, the water heater tripped. The tenants told me that they never had hot water when they returned the next day. No one was in the house between dishwasher install and them returning with no hot water. I was told this is just a coincidence. Water heater has been on for 2 years without tripping once. Was charged again to switch it on. This has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience overall.

It was a pleasure dealing with All Dade Plumbing. The office staff was very efficient in setting up the appointment and processing the invoice. Danel arrived right on time and went right to work. He was very professional and very helpful in solving all my plumbing problems.

All Dade Plumbing was great. They came out promptly to diagnose our problem and scheduled the hot water heater replacement. The new hot water heater was installed a few days later. The installer was friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. Everything is now working great.

Perfectly. I have been dealing with this company for almost 2 decades and they are always extremely professional, they do quality work at a fair price. They conduct themselves professionally and clean up after the work. They sent Brett out and he called to let me know he was on his way. Brett showed up and listened carefully to the work we wanted done. Did the work and asked us to take a look and make sure it was what we wanted and we were happy. The few times I have dealt with other plumbers makes me appreciate how good this company is.

I got a quote over the phone. It was $60 extra for coming at night (about 6:00) They came in about an hour and it took a couple hours to fix. He offered to clean up afterwards and charged the quoted amount

I purchased an old home that was built in 1950 and has never been updated. Recently I had the galvanized drain pipe in the kitchen that broke and needed to be replaced. I called one plumber and they required a $150 fee just to get an estimate. Another plumber came out and was going to charge me 5x more than what I paid with ADP. The owners son, Ken, came out to give me an estimate and explained everything that needed to be done. I felt very comfortable and decided to go with this company. On 7/24/2017 they sent out Christian to do the work. Christian gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Christian was very professional, respectful and very patient with me since I like to ask A LOT of questions. Once Christian saw the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom he suggest I replace other pipes and the shower knobs which I did. I was also impressed that the owner of the company came out twice to see how things were going. I think his name was Dan. I have all new pipes in the kitchen, bathroom shower, and sink. Upon completion Christian was very respectful and clean up all his tools and any mess he made in the kitchen and bathroom. Will I use this company again? You bet! I have other work that needs to be done under the house and I have already requested a estimate for the work. I am very please with this company and will refer them to my friends.

They came to try and fix the problem and they were very nice, but the problem was not fixed.  They came back again for free but they were still not able to fix the problem.
