The thing that I like about them, is that it costs $50 per visit, and we had arranged them to come out every two months, but I can call them if I have a problem in between visits, and they will not charge for that. They have been dependable, they have been reasonable in terms of the price. I feel the work has been efficient, and I know that if I see something going on, they will come back out. They generally call if they are running a little late.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH THE WORK THEY DO AND PLAN ON STAYING WITH THEM FOR AS LONG AS WE CAN. WE HAVE AN ANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM.
