CARLOS COLL is president and founder of All American driveway. His experience includes twenty years of diverse residential construction projects. His field experience includes journeyman level experience supervision as a superintendent, construction manager and/or project manager in Asphalt Concrete, Concrete & Pavers. He has extensive experience as a construction and project manager for both multi-family and single-family residential construction. Objective. To expand and provide professional general Contracting services to government, commercial and residential clients in search of experience and expertise in the construction industry. - Highly recognized for providing professional prompt service with quality results while expanding our clientele database along with a track record of customer satisfaction. - Controlled safety on all sites is one of our top priorities therefore allowing all projects, to progress smoothly, consistently, and within the budget. . - Use most up to date equipment along with the most productive methods of project management allowing projects to be more cost effective well paced. - Our Sites included dedicated personnel keeping the site clean as well as well organized therefore promoting employee safety along with professionalism. We handle all phases of the business including hiring and firing employees along with sub-contractors, supervision and liability of all employees working under our company, estimation, bid and contract negotiation, equipment and material management, and in field construction management. Our Company has experience in working with land marks and in compliance with Dade County and Broward County Department of Buildings codes.

While I only went with doing the more pressing repairs, I liked that he gave me a fair price for the work and didn't just 'patch it up'. I was there when he did the repairs in an afternoon and saw that the team did a solid repair that will last a very long time.
In addition, they were courteous and accommodating to the tenants that were getting displaced by the work on the parking lot.
I highly recommend Carlos and his crew.
