Very Poor Quality of Work, Totally Disappointing Experience, My "New" Door looks worth then my OLD door, lock of communications, no follow up, promised - under deliver from the moment contract was signed , Its took 14 ( was promised 4 weeks) weeks from deposit June 1st,2020 of 50% to Installation day, promised the same day Installation 3-5 hours , instead took 2 days and still not finished the installation, The Contract was for replacing the Front Door and Site Light with EXACT THE SAME ONE OF SIZE, SHAPE, and COLOR, should be no surprises during installation, BUT The wood molding I had was removed, destroyed, and replaced with the totally deferent style that was not match to the rest of the house doors, and this was a HUGE Surprise ! Also the door threshold was replaced with unexpected 2" inches high tripping hazard one that was narrow and created a gap between the laminate floors and threshold, in addition to the quality of work , it like now 3 deferent colors of white everywhere mismatch of the materials, and excessive caulking everywhere , overall like I said the OLD DOOR looked and my house was better before this "NEW DOOR". Manager/owner Andrew never show up on both installation days not during installation, nor after claimed done work , he did not show up to actually review work his installer Eddy did. I have written a letter to all owners of the company, and expecting a resolution, as of week pass no resolution, only treats that Andrew manager who have never seen the end work, and attempting to collect the remaining 50% fee, have demonstrate no interest to actually resolve incomplete work, and make it right by his customer as of September 17th, it’s almost a week after his installer left the job site unfinished.
