What a pleasure to work with The Factory Alignment! I made an appointment and was in and out in no time. They were courteous, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this business for anyone needing an alignment.

I am a disabled ASE master technician which makes me the hardest person to please that will ever walk through his door. Ken aced it.He never asked what was wrong, just a road test and began working. A master of his craft in a sea of rip offs. On time, extremely professional and courteous. Price was almost half as much as I was quoted elsewhere. I very highly recommend him.

He knows everything there is to know about wheel alignments and front end suspensions and things that affect wheel alignments and how tires need to be rotated into where on a tire how it's related or not related to a wheel alignment. As a mechanic, he is just gotten to the point where he specializes just on wheel alignments because it's easier and quicker and he makes more money just doing that but he's definitely on top of his game as far as that but his real strength is his appointment system. He starts taking calls for appointment at 7:30 in the morning and he tells you right up front and I've sit there and he's told me this and I've sat there while I'm in his office listening to him give the same speech to whoever calls in. If I get there at 7:30 in the morning or so and when he's working on my car and if I sit there at about 8:00 or 8:10 while he's finishing up my billing, by that time already, he's booked all about 3:00 in the afternoon. He never disappoints and never screws anything up. He knows everything there is. The beauty of that whole business is he doesn't buy parts. He just takes what's there in alignment. He's got the tools to do it but he doesn't have to go out and get parts and have to wait 2 days to get a part and put it in and if he see something that is a bad part that will affect his wheel alignment, he'll just tell you that he's not going to do your wheel alignment until you get this new front ball bearing or something. He will tell you that if he align your car and if the ball bearing is bad, his alignment will not hold if he does it and so he tells you before he does the alignment, go get your ball bearing fixed so he just tells you upfront. He is very honest and upfront. He is very asserted into the way he runs his business and it works for him and people come in and they go out in half an hour and they're done and they are happy so you can't beat that. He's got a great business model.

For decades, I've bought tires at major tire retail chains and always felt that the money they charged for wheel alignment was a joke - like undercoating! My cars would pull one way or another. Usually when they and quot;fixed itand quot;, my steering wheel was aligned at 2 o'clock in order for the car to go straight.



I recently purchased new tires and passed on the alignment. Unfortunately, when I drove off, my '07 Civic Si pulled to the right. Not wanting to deal with the retail chains, I looked up and quot;wheel alignmentand quot; on Angie's List and found the Alignment Factory. The positive reviews were exactly what I experienced. Top notch, courteous service. Best of all the job was done right - THE FIRST TIME!



Here's my suggestion: Buy your new tires wherever you can find the best deal and have them mounted and balanced. Then run over to the Alignment Factory. I highly recommend calling in advance for an appointment.

I would recommend them to everybody. They were knowledgeable. They were honest. I think it is the best place to get your car aligned.

He will give you a free diagnosis. He will take the car for a test drive and he can easily diagnose the problems. I do not know anyone as capable as he is. He is very skilled and does not take any shortcuts. He really does awesome work.
