Alco Roofing completed repairs on my roof between 1/20/2021 and 1/21/2021. The work was done as quickly as they could, given the scope of work and the requirements of the job. Alco Roofing was very thorough and I have zero criticism or complaint. They went above and beyond by checking my entire roof for damaged tiles and repairing them as needed – all within the scope of work, which was to replace termite-damaged facia boards. After they were finished, everything was sealed up tight. Alco Roofing was thorough in the explanation for how the work was going to proceed, expeditious and their job, and cleaned up after the first day and after they finished on the second day. They were sure to pick up all the nails that were accidentally dropped on the ground with a magnet. I would recommend them without concern and would use them again for their services – as needed. The owner, Juvenal Alco knows his job and this patient to explain what is done and how it's done. He is a nice man and his employees are kind and respectful. In my case, it was required that halfway through the first day of repairs that they pause their work, while the termite company came in, PowerX, who I also respect and love because of their honesty, fairness, and thoroughness of their work. The termite company did their treatment after the damaged facia boards were removed and Alco roofing stood by and waited – all without incident or impatience. I am glad for that. I am grateful that everything went according to plan. Again, I would recommend Alco Roofing without reservation. They have the highest review I could possibly give them.

This was "hurry up" and "don't want a whole new roof" on an old wood frame rental house and a separate structure each with a shingle roof.  Alco came promptly and on time and fixed the leaks on the two roofs.  When we experienced another problem a few days later they came again and fixed it. Price was particularly reasonable.

I contacted the company Friday night expecting to leave a message on an answering machine.  Not only did someone answered the phone, but the lady that answered the phone scheduled the estimate visit to be made the very next morning.  On Saturday, an extremely polite older gentleman (owner) arrived on time, spotted the problem, and told me that it had a simple solution.  By 8:00 a.m. Monday morning the owner and his workers arrived at my house; they did an excellent job!
I would highly recommend the company services!

I called to request an estimate of a roof repair -- soffit over entry door was leaking. Also wanted a gooseneck vent installed on the roof to vent air from the bathrooms using newly-installed ventilators. The appointment process was painless and the estimator showed up as promised. Maria called the next day with a quote and we scheduled the work that same week. 
The crew - led by the experienced and capable Señor Alfonso -- showed up right on time and got to work with a minimum of fuss. They showed me that the leak was due to improperly installed flashing and had led to extensive wood rot. They got right to it and fixed everything very professionally. They also installed the vent stack exactly where I wanted it. They cleaned up after themselves very well. All in all, it was as painless a roof repair as one could ask for. I'll keep an eye on repair for the next few months, but I don't anticipate any problems.

They came on time.  they were very proffesional and explained what was happening with the roof and gave a price on the cost of the work.  they completed the work and gave me a bill.  I pay them and they left.   I was very surprised to recieved a professional follow-up letter from the company.   I was very impressed with the good work and the professionalisim that the company has.  I will defenitely use  Alco Roofing  again for roofing matters.

All went well. I highly recommend Alco Roofing for roofing repair and replacement along with cleaning. We have used them for all three as well as recommended them successfully to neighbors and friends. Reliable,mhomest and family owned and operated.

The repairs were done well and to our satisfaction.  The place was left clean.

Hard to believe that a roof can be completely replaced and inspected in a business week from start to finish.  ALCO Roofing did just that!  Not only did they do an excellent job replacing my roof but you can hardly even tell they were there since they did a great job cleaning up as well.  I even saw the owner himself picking up nails that had missed the dumpster.  I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

It went very well. They showed up on time as contracted. Worked all day. They finished within a few days. I have always been able to speak with the owners directly and they solved all of my needs.

They came with 4 people, which I though was a small crew. However, to my surprise they worked extreamly fast. They arrived at 7am and took lunch at around 2, then finished the first day when the roof was sealed. The second day they stripped the flat roof, repaired the wood, sealed, insulated, and completed the whole process, that day. After inspection, they came back and completed the rest of the roof and repaired the remaining wood that was rotted. They gave the best price I could find, arrived on time, provided friendly service and did everything they promised. They stayed in touch with me constantly. They removed all the trash, and picked up after themselves. They did a fantastic job. Thanks you

Unfortunately these folks just do not do HIGH QUALITY work. If you want a cheap (price and quality) repair to hold you over temporarily use them. If you want a permanent high quality solution, then don't use them. I even question if they do work per current building codes.

THEY WERE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY WITH GOOD QUALITY WORKERS AND CLEAN SERVICE. THIS COMPANY IS RATED AT THE TOP WHEN IT COMES TO GREAT SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN ROOF REPAIR.
