"hello [Member Name Removed] I am very sorry that you feel this way about the job at your moms house however I did ask repeatedly for her to allow me to speak to you which she did not do. your mother was very pleased with a completed job when we started doing the fascia I explain to your mother then she has wood rot in her trusses then she should speak to the roofers she did not want to do so and Isis to put it back up I also explain to your mother set the structure was in very poor shape, I told her she needed to add Alluminum and she did not want to do that I did a walk thru with your mother and the lady that works for her taking care of her and show them and told them I was very concerned about the state of the structure. your mom did not want us to do any additional work. your mother's structure has round spline which you cannot guarantee as we have had two major storms round flying will pop out and most especially in the condition her structure is. however I do apologize for the strings left behind as the day of completion when I picked up my Helper we had a major car accident and your mother was notified of such she was also told to have someone call it off and we would pay for it which she also did not do. I wish you would have called me and I could have explained this all to you but at no point was I allowed to speak to you. I am very sorry you're unhappy but truthfully other than leaving the Screens behind and we were willing to pay for that we did our job which is to do with a customer tells me to do at the end of the day it's her home and I can I go over her at the end of the day it's her home and I can I go over her head. if you like give me a call and maybe we can work something out and I can explain this further to you"
