 + -1 moreMy initial experience with this company was fair to poor. But then, with their efforts to contact me to see if we still needed help with home organizing, I changed my grade to fair. I'm not sure whether I would hire them in the future, but I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is because first impressions are lasting and very impacting to me.
Description of Work: Work was requested. I wanted to organize my garage. No work was done. I was given this company's number via Angie's list. I made 3 attempts to contact them, with no return phone calls until 1 month later. (They may have been out of town, but no supporting information was given when calls were returned). I did appreciate the attempts made afterwards because approximately 5 calls were left by this company verifying if I needed their help. I responded at that time that I would contact them at a future date when ready to have work done.
