Both my mother and I were having serious iron problems in our neighborhood. Steve of Advanced Water evaluated the situation and gave us individual solutions. They installed the systems quickly and we have noted a marked improvement.

The company is the most professional of any that i have dealt with over the years.  They did not install the original system, but have serviced it over it's life span, and because of their excellent service.... we decided to contact them when time came to replace it.  They are knowledgable in their products and made the decision process very easy.  Once we set the ball rolling, they were accurate and honest about the time frame, and when the product was available, called to set the installation appointment. They also called the afternoon prior to the install, as a polite reminder, to confirm the time.  On the day of install, Steve arrived exactly at the appointed time.  He was pleasant, worked efficiently, and made beautiful installation.  He removed the old unit and reconfigured the area to install the new one.  It actually looks better than the original!  When he was done, he talked me through the new unit and filled out all the warranty information.  He left the job site better than he found it. He also made it clear that if we have any questions or issues, to not hesitate to contact the company..... they are there for us.  (Extremely rare these days!)

The process with Advance Water Products was very simple. I spoke to Steve on Friday explained what I was looking for and my current set up. He took time to explain my options and worked with me to find the best system to match my needs. The installation went very well. The system was exactly as he had described and met all my expectations. After they installed the system they demonstrated how the system worked and what I needed to do to maintain the system running.  When they were finished they removed all packing material and left the area clean. Steve and his team are very professional; they are punctual, work quickly and very efficiently.   I highly recommend Advanced Water Products and look forward to working with them for all my water needs. I also opted to take advantage of the monthly option to have them come out and replenish the salt in the tanks.

Excellent service for both new units (Hague), repairs and advice. They speak English and I do not speak Spanish.
