They do a good job. They can access my computer from their office and fix things. They have a staff that is very helpful

.I just got off the phone this morning with them. I am having trouble with my computer. This company are able to work on my computer remotely and they are able to do a remote diagnostics. I have a yearly contract with them and you can call an unlimited amount of times. I have called them at least 4 times this year already. They can fix my computer remotely and they are open 24/7. Some of my friends have felt the price I paid was expensive, but I don't agree. I have used them 4 times and I have not had to take my computer to a repair shop. The convenience of them able to fix my computer remotely is fantastic and worth the price. I have had a number of issues with my computer. I work from home on my computer. This type of service is critical for me.
