Unfortunately we were forced to is this company as our builder had a pre-existing relationship with them. I had heard MANY bad experiences from other customers about them and the stories were proven true with our own experience. Overall they are EXTREMELY overpriced and installed average equipment, they then keep you locked to their service due to their "proprietary" coding which they don't share with anyone, even the home owner, hence once it's done and you realized what a scam they are it's too late...you are married to them. We installed our electric shades which resulted in two injuries when the metal roll covering fell (faulty installation) and hit two people on the head causing a concussion, which to date they refuse to reimburse us for the medical bills. During the finishing stage of construction we asked them for a proposal to install our home theater (what the company is known for) and their quote was more than DOUBLE the amount of the others. We ended up using another company (Sound Components) who were excellent...they installed a MUCH better projector and overall system in a timely manner, despite the many roadblocks that they encountered trying to get the network assess from AHT. Please, do your homework and don't get enticed by the big names on their website, like many people/companies in south Florida, they are all smoke and mirrors....
