He recently installed a dishwasher and it stopped working. I called him and he said he would be out. He didnt come when he said he would. He did eventually come and stated I need a pump in which he ordererd. He was going to come back later and install in and he never called or showed. He has been totally non responsive to telephone calls.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY HAD ALL THE PARTS WITH THEM, SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO ORDER ANYTHING.
