My husband called company & was patched to his supervisor, Fernando Llubris, at Advance Technical who stated Ernesto knew better & that there was no reason why we were charged $100 & the fee for a custom job is $52. He was going to call the tech & get him to bring the check back to the house & trade it for the $52 check made out to Advance. I called the company when I found out & was put on a conference call with Fernando who said he spoke to my husband & that the matter was cleared. I told him it wasn t cleared because his employee was trying to steal from me & from his company. He said that it was a mistake & that the tech called him as soon as he left my house & told him that he had accidental charged us that money. This was a lie because my husband said Fernando was unaware what the tech did. I wanted a refund of my $52. Ernesto s intent was to steal & that should never be rewarded. The trust was gone.
