I haven't had any issues where the alarm system was needed, but I'm confident that everything is in good working order. I do like the chime that sounds every time the door opens, whether it is a welcomed guest or not.

AS FOR THE INSTALLATION THEIR TECHNICIANS DID A GOOD JOB, AS FOR THE MONITORING I HAVE HAD ONE INTERACTION, WE HAD A FALSE ALARM AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.
