Active Pest control

They always come when they say they will. It seems like when they sold to me it seems like they were going to do a little more to get rid of pests than they actually end up doing. They just end up spraying. They are still a good company.

He was friendly. He was informative. He gave suggestions. He thoroughly checked all areas of the house inside and out.

WE HAVE USED ACTIVE PEST CONTROL FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY USED A FEW OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES BEFORE SWITCHING TO ACTIVE PEST CONTROL, AND EVERY OTHER MONTH I WOULD HAVE A NEW
PERSON PROVIDING THE SERVICE. THERE WAS NO CONSISTENCY AND I WOULD HAVE TO LET A NEW PERSON IN MY HOME MUCH TOO OFTEN. WIILSON IS MY SERVICE PROVIDER WITH ACTIVE PEST CONTROL AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS.
HE IS ALWAYS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I NEED HIM . IF WE  HAVE A PROBLEM, HE RESPONDS PROMTLY AND WE CAN COUNT ON WILSON TO ALWAYS GIVE US AN HONEST EVALUATION.

They were very thorough and honest.

I chose Active Pest Control because they gave me a very reasonable price for the requested service. They were helpful over the phone in answering any questions I had. I did think our communication was a bit lax, as I had to initiate a few calls just to be sure things were going to happen as I was told they would. For example, they said they would call me the evening before the fumigation to confirm that they were coming the next day and at what time. However I did not hear from them the night before and had to call them very early on the morning of the fumigation. They did show up that day on time. Another time they told me a service rep was to deliver me the contract for signature on a specific day. When the service rep did not show up that day, I had to call to find out what had happened. I was told the rep would be coming out the next morning and he did show up that time.

I thought that the service was adequate. The termite situation has been resolved. I noticed that they did spray inside and all around the foundation of our home on each visit. They also did a really complete inspection checking for areas where they were.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 20 YEARS. THEY CALL TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. I ALWAYS GET THE SAME PERSON EVERY MONTH AND I LIKE THAT.

I HAVE THEM COME ONCE A MONTH. THEY DO A GREAT JOB OTHERWISE I WOULDN'T STILL BE USING THEM. I FEEL THAT THE PRICE IS REASONABLE AND THEY ARE NOT OVERCHARGING ME. I ALSO THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE.
