It went very well. He did a very good job. He had all the equipment that he needed, which is very nice for a plumber to have all that. It didn't take him long to identify the problem and fixed it right away. He was very professional and timely in getting back to us when I called him, and he came out the same day. I thought that his price was very reasonable.

I had a leak from my interior walls and had no idea where the problem was coming from. David eliminated all possibilities except for a problem inside of the walls which would be my condominiums respnsibility. He went and retrieved a maintenance worker from my building to show him the problem and explain that it was not coming from my unit. He did this on his own which I really appreciated.

This is our third time using this company between our two properties. One time a job was to replace piping behind a wall and a larger company wanted over $1000, he charged me under $500 for the job. I was worried again as plumbing jobs can be very expensive, and he charged me $107 for the latest job. He is very honest and does a great job. I will no longer go to anyone else, he is our guy! It was done in less than an hour and took a huge weight off my shoulder!

I have used Acer for many years, I used them commercially when I managed a large school campus and absolutely trusted them for every part of every job big or small. When I bought my house they installed toliets and water filters. Now years later when my water heater started to go bad they not only fixed it but also called twice to make sure everything was ok. The best part is that when you call you speak with the owner, David, who makes sure your job goes smoothly. He is my plumber for life!

Ran pipes from main sewer line across front lawn (trenching yard), under garage slab (cutting cement slab where necessary), into area of new bathroom. David, the owner, offered suggestions that saved us time and money without sacrificing quality. He pulled all necessary permits and passed all inspections the first time. Installers arrived on time, worked until the job was done and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a great experience.

Not well. While snaking a second floor tub they broke the pipe (unknown at the time it happened) and during our Christmas Day party someone put our turtle in same tub and ran the water. This exposed the leak causing it to "rain" on the people in the downstairs bathroom. The plumber came back on the 27th of December and the first thing he said to me was "I hope you don't think this is my fault" and I responded that it didn't leak before he snaked the drain and now it does leak so obviously something happened when he snaked the drain. I know the pipes are old. This house is obviously old and one would think that an experienced plumber would take proper precautions or warn the customer that something could happen. I couldn't get past his defensiveness and start to deal with possible repair of the plumbing. He told me that he would have to rip out the wall but he couldn't put it back because he doesn't know how and doesn't have anyone to do this kind of work. What a nightmare.

THE SERVICE MEN INSTALLED THE NEW PIPES STURDY AND FIRM. THEY REPAIRED THE TOILET CLOG IN LESS THAN THIRTY MINUTES. THEY RAN A SNAKE SEVENTY INCHES IN THE DRAIN AND DISCOVERED A CLOG OF HAIR IN THE PIPES. NOW THE TOILET IS QUIET AND IT FLUSHES QUICKER.
