Initially came in to do bathrooms upon demolition (which was speedy and clean) they found lots of problems. They brought in an engineer to figure out the problem with AC/Attic. They took out existing insulation and replaced it with icining, they also had to remove parts of our ceiling and some interior walls, AC now is awesome and the replacement of ceiling and walls unbelievable, you would never know. Finally they did both bathrooms and I was so impressed with the quality of the work I brought them back 3 months later to do my Kitchen which turned out amazing. They build the cabinets and the quality is outstanding, and they have their own electrician and tile guy you will not find any better. But most importantly they have an in-house designer Ashley and she is fabulous, she does the drawings and she is on top of everything, and she has great taste, geared towards your budget. Obviously there were some problems that caused delays, but mostly it was to do with our house, it was built in 1942 sometimes opening up a wall meant going back to drawing board to figure it out. also Inspectors will inevitably delay any project.
