Even though it's in a very Latin area, the owner speaks perfect English and there was no trouble communicating. He told me he's been fixing cameras for 32 years and does a lot of repairs for professional photographers. He does the work himself and doesn't ship it out
My problem was with a stuck lens cover. He looked at it, took it into the back room where he does the actual work, and brought it back less than a minute later....fixed. He explained what had happened and how he fixed it. When I asked him the cost, he said there was none and a thank you would be all he would accept.
I would highly recommend this store for any repairs for the professionalism and honesty. Two things you don't always find these days.
