Went really well. Mauricio is super polite and courteous. He and his partner Johnny showed up on time, (really important to me) gave me a good feeling and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I must say that I was a little insecure about duct cleaning in general. I had heard that it doesn't really do much but that was before they have the machines that allow the cleaner head to travel the length of the duct. They worked quickly and efficiently starting by removing all the duct covers, taking the outside to clean and then systematically going duct to duct. Afterwards they sanitized the system with an anti-bacterial spray called Ozium. It smelled fresh and clean. After they completed the cleaning they put back all the covers and made recommendations. I ended up buying a custom aluminum frame and a years worth of filters from them which cost about half the price of the Filtrete ones I used to buy at Home Depot. They seem to be doing the job.
