Contractor removed the old roof on my house, made wood facia and sheathing repairs, and began to install new roof paper. Roof paper installation failed inspection, as it was not being installed to new code, so contractor made corrections necessary.

New clay tile was installed but, while meeting code, it is not cemented well enough in many places for a person to be able to walk on it- such as cleaning the roof or repairing a broken tile.

Overall it looks good, and was priced less than competitors.

So far, so good. I've had a chronic leak in the same spot. Have had several others come and they have only reapplied tar and replaced flashing. The estimator took his time, found the problem areas and gave me a good price. He also cleaned some debris from the roof/gutters for free. Leaks can be tricky; hope this does the job, if not they have a 90 guarantee.

AB was friendly and helpful. They had the job finished quickly and to perfection with no mess afterward. I was completely satisfied with this company and my roof looks great thanks to them.

They did the work up to city code standards. The city inspectors came out every day to see how they were working. They worked efficiently. The work took a few weeks and the roof passed the final city inspection without any trouble.

A B Martin Roofing responded very quickly when I called and the entire job was finished in less than a week. They cleaned up everything and had a dumpster on site. I was very pleased with their prompt response and that they had the job done in much less time than we expected.

They were great. Called them in the morning they came gave an estimate by 9:30 and the work was done by 2 pm and there was no language problem!

I think they're very good, they were courteous. The workers were very nice, but they've left a ladder here. Completed job in half a day.

Their was a slight delay on the shingles due the hurricane, so it wasn't their fault. They did an excellent job, got everything done quickly, and cleaned up well, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I HAVE USED THEM FOR REPAIRS MANY TIMES BEFORE. THEIR ESTIMATES ARE ALWAYS ACCURATE AND REASONABLE. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB AND THEY ALSO WORKED VERY QUICKLY. THEY WORK HARD AND MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE HAPPY BEFORE THEY LEAVE.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR QUITE SOME TIME, SO THEY DO HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND NEVER LEAVE A MESS. A TOP NOTCH SERVICE IN MY OPINION.

THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DID. I FELT THAT THE PRICE WAS GREAT AND THAT THEY GOT DONE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

I WAS VERY PLEASED AND I REALLY LIKED THE PRICE THAT THEY CHARGED ME. I AM GRATEFUL FOR A B MARTIN ROOFING BECAUSE IF THEY WERE NOT OUT THERE, MY ROOF WOULD PROBABLY BE MESSED UP.
