Alberto Alonso is the owner of the company. He did a decent job on the super gutter repair. He DID NOT REPLACE THE SCREENS WHICH I PAID HIM $1,100 TO DO, but just reattached them and 1 day later I could tell they hadn't been replaced because leaves were getting in and they were blowing in the wind (if the hurricane had come they would have come completely off - and he would have blamed the hurricane, not the fact that he didn't replace the screens as contracted). Very, very disappointed. When I called him he said I paid him to reattach (he's lying, who would pay somebody $1100 to REATTACH broken screens? NOBODY. Then he came over and we got into a discussion (which he initiated, and then he walked off and didn't complete the repair. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT HIRE. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
