We are very disappointed with this company. The sales pitch by Mr. Abbe sounds great and is very convincing, but is not reality. He will say yes to everything but does not deliver. Installer was very nice and did a fair job, but was not instructed or supervised at all by the company. We had to go over everything with him. The job was delayed as company only sent one man to do everything... he had no help. When it was all done, salesperson never showed up to check work, just called to collect the check. Two months later, the new laminate floors peaked (raised in certain areas). After 18 days of insisting someone go out to look at it and fix it, they finally did. The installer determined that it was not a water issue, but an installation issue and he would come back to fix it. To my surprise, Mr. Abbe called insinuating that it was caused by a water issue from the AC as if trying to get out of having to fix it. Very disappointing. When the installer arrived to fix it, we again determined that there was no water issue. He had made the mistake of not leaving enough room for expansion of the wood at the ends of the wall. He removed the base boards and made cuts and fixed the issue. I am very surprised this company has been in business this long. Find someone else.

Don't get swept up with the sale pitch. Do insist one part at a time....I went for cabinets 1st and if I stuck to just that. I would not be out of as much money The depositi would have been less.... Not everything has to be ordered at the start. Have a written delivery date, not an estimate, and have deposit returned date if not completed. All should go into an escrow...not into the hands of the individual contractor? Things I have learned. The hard way???
