ver experienced. Avoid these guys like the plague, you will be very happy you did. Insanely rude and ignorant treatment of a customer! Again: Buyer Beware!!

They arrived on time. Came in and inspected the flat screen television and determine that it had to go into the shop to be fixed. They gave me an estimate. We agreed on the price. One week later they called and redelivered the flat screen television and remounted it on the wall without any incident.

I decided not to fix it, I decided not to fix an old television. They disposed of it for me.

It was a very pleasant experience. When we knew that the TV was beyond repair since their were not parts, they offered to replace it with a similar model and charging us the same as the estimate we had been given for the repair of the old one. They brought the replacement TV and it started acting out it would go dark and lines came on it intermittantly. I called AAA and they immediately sent out another TV. This TV is a Sony and it is even clearer than the one I had before. I thought that I would be given the run around when I called to complain about the replacement TV and they did not. They took my word for it and replaced the TV. I highly recommend them for their wonderful customer service and professionalism.

A few days before Christmas my Philips HDTV broke down, its screen was completely black. I called AAA TV, they quoted $59.95 which included picking it up from my home, diagnostic and bringing it back to me. The diagnostic would have been free if I had brought the TV in, but I couldn't do it. I set up an appointment for them to come pick it up, the technician arrived right on time and was very friendly and helpful. I received an estimate of repairs on the same day. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time for AAA TV to fix my TV by Christmas, but I got it back on Monday, December 27. Overall it was a positive experience and I would use their services again.

It went well. They came when they said and brought it back when they said. They charged $59.99 to come and diagnose the problem. They charged $400 to repair the TV, which I definitely debated about since it was 9 yr old TV. But, the TV had been built into the wall unit perfectly, and another would not have fit; this house is a (upscale) vacation rental. So I paid it. Was it fair? Who knows except another TV repairman, but it works like new.

Very well. Service call of $59 up front, I was told that over the phone. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed next day. Worked beautifully.
