It was very good. I went to the store, spoke to the owner or manager of the actual store, and he was very patient and professional. I asked good questions to figure out what product I was looking for and then proposed alternatives to that product, and what the cost would be and the labor, and how long it will take, and then we proceeded. They showed up exactly on time on the day promised. The price was worth it.

They were very nice. I was just asking for information and I found the personnel to be very nice and informative. The price was very reasonable. I liked that they were not in a hurry and they took time to speak with me. The worker that came out was very nice and explained things and different options and what those options would cost. He didn't force any particular option. He explained the options but let me make the decision.
