AAA Home Services USA

On 2/2/14 I signed a contract with AAA Home Services USA LLC to install brick pavers at my house in Broward County.  By 2/21/14 I was paid in full.  I was told the job would take about a week to complete and that Mr. Mendez had done this work before.  I was also told that he was a licensed general contractor, however, it later came to my attention that he was only licensed in Miami-Dade County.  By 5/20/14 the job was still unfinished and I was told via text messages "Now you get nothing! You will not see him (referring to Robert Mendez by Alise Mendez) or ever again. ROBERT WILL NOT BE DOING ANYTHING ELSE FOR YOU EVER!"  I had to wait until after rainy season to hire another contractor to finish the job abandoned by AAA Home Services USA.  I reviewed 3 different contractor assessments of the patio and all were in agreement that the pavers were installed incorrectly and the only way to rectify the problem would be to tear up the entire deck and reinstall the pavers and coping correctly.  I had this done by an "A" rated Angies List contractor.

I was in a bind and needed my one and only bathroom rebuilt enough so I could use the sink and toilet.  The contractor fit me into his schedule and stayed longer than anticipated so he could also install cabinets.  He even made a special trip to Home Depot when the sink cabinet I had bought didn't fit correctly into the space available.  He was punctual, polite, and quite the perfectionist.  With all the horrible workers I have had over the years, it was a pleasure to find someone who did quality work in a professional manner.
