Came to the house to look at our old generator, gave us a ballpark figure for a new one, sent an electrician to look over for his cost. Paid $120.00 for the visit and it has been almost a week and have not received the price quote. Had another company come to us and did not charge for the evaluation and within two days had a quote emailed to us. Additionally, this latter company is owned by an electrical contractor who does all of his own work and has gotten outstanding ratings since 2005.

I had my riding lawn mower in need of service. AAA Generator & Lawn offer reasonable pickup and delivery. Provide proper diagnostic and reasonable price for repair. Very punctual on pickup time and delivery, excellent service and pricing. Will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them!

I am pleased to report hat Scott did an awesome job.  Scott was very professional, arrived on time and as we had planned and performed all the work required in the allotted time that was stated.  Additionally, there were some last minute requests that they took care of for me that was greatly appreciated.  My GENSET is running like a champ again thanks to Scott and Kathy.  Will definitely use again on a regular basis now for regular upkeep of the GENSET.

Excellent service from both the office staff, Kathy, and the field technician, Scott was on time and was honest about his assessment of the condition and need for service to my generator explaining his reasons and the need for specific work to be performed. There were no surprises and I was confident that he performed good work. He reset the generator clock for monthly runs and cleaned up the area before leaving. I was very confident in his abilities and happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.

Scott came by and took my NorthStar generator (8000 watts running; 10000 peak) to clean the carburetor and test it on his equipment at his shop to ensure it was working properly and that it could take the loads it was designed for as it had been failing. He did that and restored the generator to its proper working/load levels, using special equipment in his shop.  He also told me that I shouldn't be using gasoline with ethanol. as it would gum up the carburetor over time.  He recommended I use "Rec" gas, which I did from then on.  After the first of the year (2015) I asked Scott to prepare the generator for storage  until the next hurricane season.  He again took the generator to his shop, cleaned and drained the carburetor and drained the fuel so it could be stored without having to operate the generator on a monthly basis.  He was efficient and dependable. That generator weighs close to 300 pounds and he loaded on to his trailer and took it to his shop and brought it back.  He knows his business.  I was quite satisfied and pleased wit his work.

Scott has done work for me previously on my lawn mower, so when my generator would not start I called Scott.  The generator sat in my garage and I left gas in the tank.  During this time the battery died and the gas went bad. Scott picked up the generator and took it to his shop. He drained the tank and cleaned it, repaired old fuel lines, replaced the battery and cleaned up the generator.  The machine runs like new and I could not ask for better service.  His superb attention to detail and customer service is a very rare quality in South Florida.
