A Rooter

Fittings leaked when opened after long period of inactivity. The plumber said they could be adjusted but it would be best to replace them, so we did.

Seemed to do a great job. Right after he left we noticed that the flush lever would sometimes not return up and it would run for a long time. It only happened a couple of times, but it concerned us. So I called then and they said they would come look at it early the next day.. No one came.

Had several plumbing issues on Sunday night. A Rooter contacted me that night and within a few hours the next day everything was resolved. They explained what needed to be done, reasonably priced and professional. I recommend them and would use them again on any future plumbing issues.

I had a leak under kitchen sink, but not from any connections, I.e., p-traps disposal. A rooter responded same day and quickly determined that the issue was a broken drain pipe. Unfortunately it could only be accessed by breaking through exterior wall. We set a time for the next day, and they arrived on time. They broke out a small section of block and it was exactly as they determined. The cause was a cracked galvanized drain pipe (house built 1969). This required the breaking out of a one foot by 8 foot long section of wall to replace two pipes. Took about 4 hours of work for two guys. It was a nasty job for them. They offered a sub contractor to rebuild/reseal wall, but I declined, I repaired myself. Their contract guarantees 90 day service for any further leaks. I would hire again. I think price was a bit high, but then again, I think every repair price is a bit high.

Saul was very knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection of my plumbing situation.  He then proceeded to clear my clogged toilet.  He was very courteous. Price was very fair.

A. Rooter replaced both the Hot and Cold Faucet cartridges at no charge for labor or the new cartridges.  One of the cartridges
was defective where a small plastic cover inside had broken and moved slightly, which caused the small, but steady leak into
the sink basin.
A. Rooter honored their work as promised, and at no time did they ask for any money to replace the faucet cartridges.
This is our 2nd experience with A. Rooter, and we give them an A++ for their service and integrity.  We highly recommend
