The worse company I've ever experienced. I originally gave this company a good review, On the surface it seemed a good job, I would like to delete that review. After replacing my roof, I've had (11) leaks and counting. The owner "Salvador Martinez" sometimes took weeks before returning my calls. So much inside ceiling damage caused by numerous leaks and damaged newly installed gutters. Salvador refuses to repair inside leaks and damaged gutters I filed complaints with local & county bulding depts. Very poor work. "Do Not" reccommend.

We have called him everyday for the past 5 days. He is answering our calls, but refusing to come out. We have a 5 year warranty that he is not abiding by. He's very unprofessional, especially since he's refusing to come fix the leak. We now have to start looking for other roofers because they will not abide by the contracted 5 year warranty!

"Please know that my company did repair two spots in the [member name removed] Roof last year. At the time of repair we noticed that roof was deteriorating in various areas and advised homeowner of such. Approximately 9 days ago we were called referenced a leak. The reason that our company did not go out immediately was because it was raining heavily for that entire week. Our company has attempted to have a cordial communication with this client in order to clarify the situation but the client is not cooperative. We arrived at the home and were not allowed in to assess leak. We have advised that warranty can be void if A Plus Roofing is not allowed to evaluate the problem. At this point we stand firm that if we do not inspect this leak we can not extend warranty coverage."
