A Perfect Seal Roofing

This roofing company installed our roof in 2014 and it was a normal experience. Work was finished as agreed. In October of 2017 we noticed mildew around one of the skylights they installed and it was recommended to us by the mildew inspector that we contact the roofing company to check for leaks since it would still be under warranty. I contacted perfect seal roofing first week of November 2017, I was told by Jennie that someone named Luis would call me back to schedule an appointment. Nobody called me back. I continued calling them and was told they were busy due to work from Irma which I totally understood at the time, but it's now been 2months and nobody has bothered calling me back or scheduled the appointment for inspecting the potential leak. I must have called at least 10 times over this period but neither the owner Arly or Luis calls me back. Every time I speak to Jennie she tells me all she can do is pass along my information and hopefully they'll call me back. We paid $16k for our roof which includes a 7year warranty. What good is the warranty if this company dodges your call as soon as they've received their final payment!??

The response from the company was immediate and they kept their word from start to finish. We are very pleased with their service and will use them for future roof repairs.

They communicated well and kept their work area clean at all times. The quality of service was great and everything turned out perfect. I would certainly recommend them.

I have used A Perfect Seal Roofing several times, recommending them to family and friends. They showed up on time and are professional in their work. The site was clean at job completion. The office staff was courteous and returned calls quickly.
