His responsibilities have included: Operational/Project Management, Design, and Fiscal success of ( The Garden Shop Inc.) his San Juan , PR. base Landscaping/Contractor & Property Maintenance firm for 19 years (1984– 2002 ). Experienced in Landscaping and Garden Designs through-out South Florida, the Caribbean Area , Sao Paulo - Brazil , Caracas -Venezuela and other countries ( 1984 - 201O ) where he has lived and traveled, have enriched his artistic landscaping, garden design re-sources and skills. Arturo has now re-located to South Florida (2003-2013), and has added to his extensive portfolio of designs and installations many customers in: Florida : Star Island (Miami), Hibiscus Island and Palm Island. He has also helped beautify homes and neighborhoods in the Cities of: Dade and Broward counties, Coral Gables, Ft.
