Isabel the owner is very sweet, professional and responsive. She does not do the cleaning herself, but send out different ladies depending on the area where you live. I used her service twice. The first time, she sent out one lady who worked hard and did a good job (not a "great" job, but a good job none-the-less), but did not get the ironing done that I had requested. The next time, she sent out a two person team. The younger of the two was sassy and did not work very hard. They did not do quite as good as the first lady and again, were about to leave when I reminded them of the ironing. They did stay to complete the ironing after calling Isabel, but I will not use the service again. Low prices, but the quality of the work was not satisfactory.
