Branny, Brian, and their team are always extremely helpful and professional. I know I am just one of many customers who will always return there if/when the need arises. Whather it was to re-paint my car when the paint was faded and chipping but otherwise running well or to repair it after someone rear-ended me the end result was always that the car looked good as new. Theyŕe always upfront about what it will take and how long and help their customers manage the inconvenence of the situation well by helping with car rentals and providing advice.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE…….my wife’s Mini was damaged late last year and it has been an ongoing disaster after taking it to A AUTO TECH. You can’t make the below up. I have been in body shop Hades. Let’s start with Part 1: The car was in the shop 49 days for the original repair. They felt the left aperture panel could be repaired and when they did not want to repair it after two or three weeks of the car sitting, they ordered a replacement part holding up the repair. Other parts were not ordered timely. When advised the car was completed, I went to pick up the car FOUR times and the outcome was sub par and I had to leave the car there for more attention each time. Over-spray, poor painting, missing plastic clips, body panel alignment, etc. MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAYS FOR 30 DAYS OF CAR RENTAL. I WAS OUT OF POCKET HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. No compassion on their part. They blamed Mini parts. When I went to pick up the car the first time the owner asked me if I knew of a good detail person to address the paint issues on my car. Initially I was speechless…I told him no, he explained he was down employees that clean up vehicles after bodywork …amazing. So, after going back and forth 4 times and getting my insurance company involved to lever them, the car was finally picked up by me after addressing the slop. No compassion on their part. Part 2: The interior was damaged (see photo), as they placed all of the body parts inside of the vehicle during the repair. The owner steered me to a upholstery repair shop where the seat backs were repaired. I was again inconvenienced having to take the car back and forth to an upholstery shop, more UBERS. No compassion on their part. Part 3: I had not driven the car (my wife’s) since the above, as it is a lingering bad memory and I now hate the car. Early last week I drove it for the first time after bringing it home. I noticed a clunking when the steering wheel is turned in either direction (my wife drives with the radio always on). I also saw that a replaced trim piece on the windshield pillar was sticking up. So I took it back last week to A AUTO TECH , they told me the steering rack and pinion was missing a tooth due to the accident and to bring it in and they could also fix the trim. They advised that the repair could be done in one day. I brought it in last Friday. Here we go again... At the end of Friday, I went to pick it up after calling and assured it would be completed. About 5:30 I was advised that the rack needed to be programmed and would not be completed until next Monday or Tuesday as they relied on a vendor to do this. THIS IS AFTER BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE IN ONE DAY AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN HOUSE. The rack had to be programmed before, this is not new info. So, the car is completed on Tuesday and I pick it up. On the way home it I see a check engine light, never seen before. The next AM I take the Mini back and they clear the error for a emission valve (near the steering rack). On Wednesday I am driving home I realize the car has no maps or navigation functions. I call them back and they ask me to bring the car back in the AM next day. The next day before going there, I realize the above trim was not repaired…. So I again ask to have this addressed when they attempt to fix the above maps and navigation software. They fix the trim that was never fixed last week now ADVISE ME THAT THEY CANNOT FIX THE SOFTWARE AND TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE DEALER-MINI. I make mention of my ongoing inconvenience and get the response “isn’t the car under warranty?”. If you enjoy the above pain, bring your vehicle here. I wondered why they have the reviews they do. I surmise that because they offer a lifetime guarantee for the work performed, as long as the owner owns the car that most folks are not complaining.

Very well. The work was completed within the estimated time frame and the car looked great.

How did it go? Exactly as planned and expected. Could not have been better. I would not hesitate in using A Auto Tech again. Should I need body shop services again, I would not even go all over town shopping for price or anything. I most likely would just call A Auto Tech and ask when I could bring the vehicle.

Needed front bumper of my Hyundai Elentra replaced as headlights fixed.  Very friendly and professional staff.  Gave me estimate that was reasonable and work done was excellent and fast.   Most impressive was the manner in which their staff would call and keep me updated as to the status of repairs.   Also they cleaned my car which was a mess and not something i was expecting.  I just moved here and will use this shop for all my auto repair needs from now on.

Throughout the entire process, every employee we interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful.  Clearly, they are proud to be a part of this first-rate company.  The shop areas and waiting room are spotlessly clean.  The contracted work was performed to perfection.  They also cleaned the car and removed a great deal of built-up mildew and old splashes of paint at no additional cost to me.  They have a good relationship with Enterprise auto rental; A Auto Tech drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car and after I returned the rental car, an employee of Enterprise drove me back to pick up my car after repair.  My husband and I are completely astonished that the experience was so pleasant and easy.

Worked with Brian on providing me with a quote to repair the damage to my Lexus.  They did a great job.  Price was competitive and they completed the work before they had originally estimated.  I would definitely use them again, but I hope that I don't have to!

They did a great job.  I had asked them to repair the front bumper too.  When I picked the car up it had not been done.  A Auto ordered the part and finished the repair the next day.  I had a very short wait.

They did perfect job. These guys are not just painters. They are the Rembrandt's of auto repair. The car looks like it just came out of the show room.

each and every one of the people I dealt with was unflinchingly courteous and attentive --- if they're not careful they'll end up changing the image of the body shop industry!

I had two estimates done for work on a VW Passat: one for front collision damage, and one for cumulative minor damage from minor mishaps over the years: scratches, a dented rear bumper, scratched hood, in case I wanted to do only the collision damage. They provided both estimates while I waited, and scheduled the repair for the following week (they were fully booked for the following 2 days). I took the car in the following Monday. During the week, they called every 2 days to give a status update until it was ready, within the estimated time. When I went to pick it up it was immediately available and the work was excellent. I paid and made one final visual check. One headlamp and transparent cover had to be replaced, but the other did not. The transparent cover on the headlamp that was not part of the work requested,  was slightly opaque, and Iasked if any of the aftermarket products advertised to help make them clear again, would be worth trying. The manager asked for a few minutes to see what they could do. He brought the car back a few minutes later and the headlamp cover was much more transparent.
Great, friendly, punctual service. I found the proactive updates on progress to be very helpful. They gave me the Angie's List discount when I asked about it when I was paying. This morning (the day after I picked up the car) A Auto Tech called to ask if everything was ok with the work and if I was satisfied. The answer is "yes, absolutely".

I have used Auto Tech a couple of times before, over the last few years, when on different occasions my car was hit while parked and it was keyed. On both occasions, Auto Tech was reasonably priced and exceptionally professional. I was so delighted with their work, I laterbrought in candy as a gift!  On my most recent visit, I was concerned that my car had been dinged in a parking lot, in two different spots. (My sedan is not even 2 years old and being a light color, I was concerned.) In any event, the manager at Auto Tech came out, and inspected my auto. (It was a hot day and the shop was clearly busy, but he came out himself nonetheless.) As it turns out, one spot was dirt, which he carefully cleaned. And the other spot he tuched up quickly then and there. And he did not charge me anything. Now clearly, potential patrons, Auto Tech can not operate for free. But it is a gifted business that recognizes that a little good will with customers goes a long way.  This being Miami, everyone needs a good auto body shop reference. After several experiences, I cant think of ANY better  place!

The long answer; My wife had a brand new Buick Enclave that took a pretty significant hit to the front right quarter panel. Luckily, she's better than most so we're not required to have an intimate relationship with a body shop. If we needed one though this would be the place. 
Before leaving feedback on Angieslist I always like to wait a while to see how well the work a company does holds up. This was over 60 days ago and have not had a single issue. I'm extremely OCD when it comes to details so I expected to see the usual mis-alignment of panels, sloppy paint work, dirt in jams, dust in side car etc., but was pleasantly surprised that none of this was the case.
On the contrary the car was cleaner then when it got brought in. I dealt with Brian who made me aware of everything throughout the process. He finished the car 1 day earlier eventhough the Tow company State Farm used held the car for 4 doors in their tow yard. They also used all new OEM parts from GM and didn't cut corners for profits on used  stuff. 
Overall they exceeded my expectations and I would never hesitate to use them again, but hopefully won't have to. LOL! Thanks again to Brian, Branny(for the Colada upon pick up) and the whole crew for making this a great experience!

They did a terrific job. Had a small problem and fixed it within 10 min. They gave me a 5 year warrenty as well. They were professional and overall pleasent to deal with. Very clean and neat. You feel confident when you drive in there.
