Awful. Wish we would’ve read the reviews on the internet before using them. Like so many others, they held our subwoofer hostage for months claiming they were waiting for a part. It was like pulled my teeth getting it back from them...only to find out, it still doesn’t work. I’m not sure they actually did anything to it at all but I don’t know. All I know is it cost us $138, and lots of our time, just to get our broken subwoofer back from them. Avoid.
