THEY RESPONDED RATHER QUICKLY TO COME OUT AND INSTALL NEW CARPET IN MY HOUSE. THEY HAD ONLY TAKEN A COUPLE OF HOURS TO TAKE UP THE OLD CARPET AND RELAY THE NEW.
