dependability.
Born and raised in Miami, Brad has been in business for 25-plus-years. I have used Brad
for about 15 years now for various jobs ? large and small. I believe he treats
his customers the way he wants to be treated.  This means fair prices, punctual service, a courteous and
helpful attitude and professional installations and spotless work.
Most importantly, as a Miami local, Brad has seen every possible breach in security and
has taken the time to point out and discuss with me potential safety issues at
my home and office.  Brad honestly cares about the protection and safety of his customers which makes him a truly stellar

He comes right away, that same day, explains my options as well as costs, and performs the work very conscientiously. Never a problem with the quality of his locks or workmanship. He speaks English which is also important becasue I do not peak Spanish.
