Our emergency service hours is available 24/7. ** We are a professional, qualified, and licensed air conditioning company that has been servicing the Dade & Broward area over 23 years. Over the years we’ve been referred to new customers by our existing ones, so our growth has come from our customer’s satisfaction. We don’t advertise because our advertisement is by word of mouth from our customers due to our great work. Our goal is to provide the best service. In addition to our air conditioning services, we provide different programs for both residential & commercial. For our residential customers, we offer an ESA (Energy Savings Agreement) program that they can benefit from by reducing utility costs, 15% discounts on repairs (if needed), and maintaining the lifetime of equipment. Information may be provided upon request. For our commercial customers, we provide a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly service in which they also can benefit from. We know that in commercial businesses it is hard to keep up with the maintenance of their air conditioners so our service helps by changing their air conditioning filters on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis. Not only we change the filters, but we monitor the functions and components to each equipment to ensure that the unit is working properly and at its best. It includes a twice a year condensation line flushing service with nitrogen and with this agreement you receive a 10% discount on any repairs (if needed). Prices vary depending on the amount of units you would like covered and the longevity of service chosen. More information can be provided upon request. For any regular service, we charge an $85 diagnostic fee, however, if repairs needed, we will only charge for the repairs and waive the $85 diagnostic fee. On top of that, while repairing they messed up the electrical wiring in this part of the house and did not do anything about it.
I had this company since 2006, but it failed to be trustful and honest as soon as an issue presented itself. they should have given something in exchange of a $290 unnecessary repair, for example a free maintenance visit. But nothing, and I was left with the electricity problem they caused on top of the initial issue that they completely failed to address.
I completely blacklisted this company.
