Veronica and Juan arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently to pressure clean my patio, basketball court and front entry way as well as  wash the outside of my windows.  They moved all the patio furniture before beginning and replaced it when the job was completed.They paid great attention to detail, spending extra time and effort where it was needed, such as using some chlorox on a  stubborn stain on the wooden deck and power washing the brick columns.   Veronica even cleaned the outdoor ceiling fans and all of the light fixtures around the entire house as part of the service. Fantastic service!

I have no complaints. I own a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house with cathedral ceilings and several very high windows. Veronica and Juan arrived on time and very efficiently cleaned all those windows and doors and security screens. They put back anything they moved and they were very professional and did the job in a very systematic manner. I have used them before and continue to be impressed and will continue to use them in the future.

They werre courteous and cheerful from beginning to end. The estimate was quite clear on both price and what would be covered. For example, I moved many small things on the patio to avoid a fair, stipulated extra charge, but they worked around the furniture nicely. They did a very thorough job.

I was amazed at what a good job they do cleaning my windows both inside and out. They have been wonderful. They are very punctual, and do an absolutely fantastic job of cleaning. They are very careful with my belongings as well. They are rather expensive, but I do have a lot of windows, and they were quite dirty. They were even able to get some mold off of the outside of my windows.

This is the second time I have used Come Clean Windows with excellent results both times. They show up on time, are neat and careful of my property and charge a reasonable price. On this past occasion, they even cleaned my bathroom mirrors and shower door (at no charge) because they said they noticed that they were a little dirty.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. I was requesting an appointment with only 24 hours notice, which at first they said they could not accommodate, but they called back a little later to say they could do it. The gentleman arrived on time and was very friendly. I requested he clean only the outside of the windows, figuring I could do the insides myself pretty easily, but he cleaned a few windows on the inside as well just because he wanted the job to look nice for no extra charge. He even hand-scraped all the windows because they had not been cleaned in a very long time and there was some paint splatter and other build-up. I would use them again.

Contractor came to the house to estimate without requiring us to be there (which seemed like a convenient thing to do). Had trouble subsequently connecting on the phone to discuss the estimate (for some reason they would not leave a message that they called, rather they would hang up and call back again). When contractor finally did leave a message, the estimate was very high (over twice the lowest estimate we got), and I was encouraged to call back and negotiate the price. Who has time for games like that?

The work was done very well but they could have been a little more punctual. There was something that delayed them but I did not get the call stating that were coming late until that very morning and it really threw off my schedule for that day. There was also a mix up in the quoted rate that I was given by the company but we were able to get that sorted out.

The job was done well, but took most of the day to complete. The company sent only one man and it is really a two man (at least) job with all of the large windows that need cleaning on three stories.

WE DECIDED TO HAVE THIS SERVICE DONE BECAUSE OUR NEIGHBORS HAD IT DONE AND IT LOOKED REALLY NICE. THE WINDOWS ARE SHINY AND CLEAN, PLUS THE WORKERS WERE JUST SO NICE.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND ALWAYS SHOW UP SOON AFTER I CALL. THE WORK THEY DO IS VERY EXCELLENT. I HAVE A GREAT PAYMENT PLAN SET UP WITH THEM AND THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU ON A PRICE RANGE.
