I like that when at one point they gave me a break and allowed me to pay the rest later. They gave me like a payment plan after I've been there for about 3 times. One of the things they did I had to get it redone and I had to have them look at that again. Their price is pretty high and I didn't find them reasonable.

I had ordered the door handle that needed replacement. I called them on the phone, they gave me an estimate. I took my car in the next day.  They beat the turnaround time that they quoted, and they gave me a better price. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

The alignment work was excellent. The only problem they originally gave me an estimate of around $500 and it ended costing me around $800. Roughly $200 more than the original estimate. The explanation they said was that they originally had made a mistake and gotten parts for only one side when both sides were required for the front end alignment. I give them the benefit of the doubt and I know BMW parts are expensive. Still, a little bit unhappy about it. But they did do an excellent job on the alignment and they completed all the repairs as promised.
