AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE!!! Jan 5th 2023 opened a request to repair my refrigerator. Gave them the diagnosis error code, and explained it is very urgent since I have an elderly living with me whose medications needs to be in the refrigerator. The earliest they can do was in 2 weeks, I agreed although asked if there is any opening earlier; lady in the phone was extremely rude and we didn't received any text or email confirming the appointment. two weeks later received a robocall the day of the appointment that the tech was on its way, when Tech came, it didn't took 5 minutes to tell me he needs a part ordered, for the same I already said in Jan 5th. Again no confirmation of any part ordered or nothing. The part was to take 2 weeks to arrived. After additional 2 weeks waiting for the part to arrived, I called to see the status. Same rude "lady" in the phone didn't seem to find my order, after a while she said part haven't arrived that I needed to wait 2 more weeks. After another 2 weeks I called to confirm appointment for the service, and again no near availability so need to wait another week, even though I'm telling this is urgent given the circumstances. So appointment day came (no previous text or instructions given to us), Tech arrived just for him to tell me the fridge is freezed and it needs to be defrosted to be able to work. I'm telling him no one told me this, and it is unacceptable, if he can come again same day in 3-5 hours I can have it defrosted. he told me no, and will call the office for another service appointment, which comes to be 2 additional weeks!!! I asked to talk to someone he told me to call the office or to call Cynch to have another company to service the refrigerator. That was his solution to the issue. So I call again, literally begging to have this serviced urgently, the the same very rude "lady" told me there is nothing that can be done, and if I select another company I will need to start again with the part ordering and everything. absolutely no empathy or minimal customer service. I wrote to the owners of the company since I found the names and supposed email in the Chamber of Commerce, but no proper answer reply from the owners Mr. Fernandez (owner) and Mr Zilka (President). Still waiting for a reply from them. Finally in Feb13th, Tech came, replaced the part and left. No communication on what was done, no sign-off on the job done, very poor service. Absolutely no basic customer service, do to hear customer needs, lady in the phone is very very rude. Even explaining the urgent circumstance, escalating to Cynch senior manager, and begging for the service, there was no fair solutions or empathy given. Over a month wait on a simple fix. Just as a side note there was a company, that could had serviced my refrigerator same day, if the part was available which RR didn't want to release. I own a company and know how some things works, this is basic service to give to the customers and it will never happen to any of my customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAGUE!!! Worst service ever received.

HORRIBLE. RUN! first the tech Jose kept insisting to get paid upfront. No big as many companies do this but he was downright nasty about it. after taking my $100 he then spends 5 MINUTES playing with a hose. DECLARES the problem is fixed and he's leaving. I told him he had to wait and see if the problem was fixed. He then called his manger, who is actually the owner, ROBERT FERNANDEZ. Robert SWORE to me that if the problem continued he'd make sure someone would come back out. Today i call and i'm told NO ONE WILL COME BACK OUT, THEY WILL NOT REFUND OUR MONEY AND AS FAR AS THEIR CONCERNED THEY WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE. so i'm out $100 and still have a broken washer.

Worst Experience of My Life! Our new dryer was COMPLETELY DESTROYED by the service tech and now NO LONGER WORKS AT ALL, where it was working before just making a noise. The service tech left the dryer in pieces and the company WILL NOT even put it back together. Currently we are dealing directly with Electrolux and have had our $1,000 1 year old dryer DESTROYED by these people. And oh yeah, the service tech also stole money from my elderly Aunt's purse while in our house... DO NOT USE!!!

This service, hired by Electrolux, came out to replace recall parts in my stove. Their first visit, did that but found the stove still did not work. They ordered a burner part and came a second time to fix it. During this second visit, the technician found that the there was no power being sent to the stove after putting in the new burner the stove would not turn on. He stated it was an issue with the 220 line and I needed an electrician to repair the line. I paid an electrician to investigate the problem with the power from the circuit breaker to the stove. He verified that the line was fine. The electrician pointed out that the stove was the issue. Therefore, I contacted this company again, they came out and discovered that the first technician did not install the burner properly and was causing the stove to short out and the circuit breaker to blow. His investigation found that the first technician did not install the wiring correctly. After correcting that issue, the stove would not turn on and he determined that a electrical board needed to be replaced. It was a simple part with 4 cables that plug into it. So, I ordered the part on my own and replaced it. After replacing it, the stove's warmer plate and oven worked; however, It is receiving fault codes and the burners will not work still. Upon further investigation, another circuit board was found to be faulty. I was told that the work done at the beginning which caused the stove to short out caused the damage and was the issue. I was told, I needed to have the original (this service) service that worked on it to come out and fix it. I contacted them and they are refusing to fix my stove after causing the issues in their original repair. I'm into this for the cost of the certified electrician and the purchase of the new parts to correct the problem. Both technicians were polite and professional, but mistakes caused during the burner replacement has resulted in further repairs/costs which I should not have to cover.
