Phixser Solution, LLC did do the work that was required They tried to get the permit issue resolved but due to the circumstances out of their control, due to the general contractor going out of business, they could not close the permit. They did try their best.

Amazing service. Very professional. On time and clean. Listened to problem. Fixed another plumbers mistakes. I am getting ready to have them come back for another project.

Reliable but very busy

I had a problem with an outside water valve that was broken. I called and sent 2 pictures and was given a quote. It was a significant amount but I agreed to the quote and signed to get the work done on Saturday afternoon. When the repair people arrived and did some digging, I was told that more work was going to have to be done than originally thought and the charge would have to be increased by $100.00. This was a shock but being Saturday afternoon and water spraying up in the air, what else could I do. I agreed to pay the increased amount. As it turned out it may have been justified as they had to make 2 trips to Home Depot to get additional supplies as the additional work that had to be done could not be seen until digging around the damaged valve. All considered, I would probably call on them again if I had a plumbing problem.

Everyone else I called wanted more money and couldn't start until Monday when I was without a water heater on a Saturday. I called Phixser and they came out that Saturday and I had hot water that same evening and at the same price or below what others were quoting me. Thank you, Phixser!

Phixser was a TEN! These guys are professional, thorough, courteous and timely and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. They took care of everything for my install of a tankless water heater including the permitting, install, everything, and they never dropped the ball and always showed up. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers, and electricians over the years and even originally hired Art plumbing for the work, who NEVER followed through and was unreachable and that's why I tried Phixser. I will ALWAYS use them for ALL my plumbing needs going forward and recommend them to everyone.

I discovered a water main leak between the meter & the house. Found 3 Plumbers via HA & Phixser answered 1st at 2pm. Javier arrived at 3:00 gave me an estimate of $398 (based on time needed to do the job). He dug around the meter box and discovered it had been installed incorrectly (thanks Arvida & Weston Utilities) and a root had pushed my line up into the back frame of the meter box and cracked the improper seal at the connection. He cut, replaced and finished up by 5:30. Fee was exactly what he had quoted. My experience with Phixser was 1st class! ?????
