Exotite Roofing and Waterproofing

Description of Work: We hired Exotite Roofing and Waterproofing (Andre Zeno) for a complete reroofing of our house. The contract was signed more then 7 months ago, the work still as of this day has not been completed. The contract states 30 working days, which obviously has been extended indefinitely. The major concern though is not even the time frame, but poor quality of work. from the beginning we had issues, water damage occurred throughout the house while they were working on the roof and not protecting any areas, improper installation which had to be corrected, most inspections have failed due to poor workmanship, tile installation not completed and esthetically looks bad. Add to this damages to our house and property such as destroyed landscaping, broken pavers, broken electrical lights, damaged pool filter and sprinkler pump, etc. The owner (Andre Zeno) is not truthful, lots of talk and promises, very frustrating. We had to hire and independent inspector so he can check the work in addition to the Building Department inspector. We are spending money on inspector in addition to paying for unacceptable work, it is just unbelievable.
