Opened as Caribbean Pest Control, May 1972, a pest control and termite fumigation company providing termite inspections for the real estate industry in South Florida. Re-organized and expanded as Caribbean Building Inspections in 1995, to cover Termite Control Services, Roofing, Surveying Mapping and Engineering; Full Residential, Commercial and Industrial Building Inspections for the Real Estate and Insurance Industry.

They did an overall impressive report. However, the report did not reflect the amount of damage actually present. Dangerously minimized the condition of just about everything. It cost me tens of thousands, due to the superficial inspection. I paid way too much for the property based uopn their inspection. I have had electrical, plumbing, a/c and roof repairs much more severe than mentioned in the report. They also do not warranty their work. I would never recommend this outfit.
