I recently hired this company to clean my house, I was very pleased with the results and the professionalism that I received. I had called a couple of other companies and I felt like they were trying to over charge me, Alex and his team gave me a very fair price for the work that was performed. I was very satisfied and will be contacting them for any future work I may have.

My experience with this company was the worse. It's actually going to cost me money to fix what they did. I contacted Alex on a Monday and made an appointment for that following Thursday to have my roof cleaned. He quoted me $250, which I thought was too high, but then he said that for $300, he'd also clean my driveway and sidewalk. I accepted. Come Thursday, Alex (who showed up late, to begin with), called me about 1 hour later, when he was "done". I thought it was too soon to have finished such an extensive job, so I asked him if he was done already with the roof as well. He replied that he did not think that he was here for the roof and the he had only done the driveway. I was surprised to hear this, as the roof cleaning was the main reason why I needed him to come. He then said that he'd come back on Monday (not sure why he didn't complete the work right then), but asked me to send him (prepay) the full $300 through PayPal, which I hesitantly did, as I already had a feeling about his lack of responsibility. On Sunday night I texted him about or next day appointment and he confirmed that he'd come home the next day to take care of the roof. Sure enough, as expected, my fear became a reality. When I got home from work on Monday afternoon I realized that the roof had not been cleaned. Alex never showed up. Worse yet, he NEVER even sent me a text, (nor called) to explain himself. Mind you, he's had my money on his account, since the previous Thursday. At that point, I recalled the PayPal payment and contacted him. He gave me a strange excuse that the equipment had been damaged over the weekend during another job. I guess he didn't remember that I had spoken with him the night before and that he never mention that issue. Alex said that he'd now show up the next day. It is Tuesday now. On Tuesday, Alex finally showed up and cleaned my roof. But here's where it gets worse. He sent me a message saying that because I had recalled the PayPal payment the previous day, he was now in the "negative". (How he was in the negative when he was supposedly working over the weekend and when I had actually prepaid for this service, almost a week ahead, was incomprehensible to me, but I kindly released the payment and it went through). The very next day, I noticed that ALL of the grass, plants, hedges and even a grown pine tree, around the perimeter of the house, where dead. Yellow. Completely dead. I immediately contacted him, numerous times (over 20 texts), to which he replied at the beginning. I asked what he had used on my roof that caused all thus damage. He said that he used a combination of soap and bleach, etc.. which clearly was not commercial grade. This was evidently a home made mixture. It destroyed everywhere it fell onto, including my neighbors grass. At the beginning, Alex was apologetic and said that he'd stop by with some fertilizer. He continuously asked me if i was watering the areas, (as if this was my job/fault), but continued to promise to stop by and spray some fertilizer. He never did. He even said that he'd come and replace the pine tree. Needless to say, as expected, Alex never showed up and of course, he stopped replying to my texts. It'll now cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the grass, the hedges and my pine tree, due to this company's lack of professionalism. In the last text that I sent, I asked Alex if he was insured. He didn't reply to that text either. However, I see here that he is. He just doesn't care to do right by his customers. I'll never hire him again and I'm considering suing, since his company's wrongdoing will cost me hundreds to fix. Please do NOT hire this company. Save yourself the headache and the money.

"we apologize for the inconvenience we mention and explain to you before during and after the process in witch we take to chemically soft wash a roof and we do not use just water sometimes this may take a toll on plants we water before during and after the cleaning process and cover all exposed plants or plants that are to close to the roof edge we also inform out customers to water the plants for a few days after the cleaning do to minor run off from roof. the first time we came out there was a misunderstanding we are human and these things happen we came back out as soon as possible and completed the roof cleaning in witch it came out like new as you can see from our previous reviews we tend to do great quality work at a unbeatable price again we apolagize for the inconvenience and would have no problem assisting with any plant damage that may have happened we understand that sometimes no matter how above and beyond we go we can't please everyone but we surly do our best ."

There were some weather delays that prevented them from coming out initially, however Alex kept me informed on when they would be available and when the weather was expected to cooperate. Once Alex and crew arrived they expertly and professionally cleaned my roof and driveway. They did a great job and I'll have them back in a year or two when the job will need to be redone.

I am so happy to have chosen AV Clean and Seal to pressure clean my driveway! Everything from our communication to the quality of Alex's work was OUTSTANDING! For a couple of years now I've had these annoying water rust stains from my sprinklers system, which Alex managed tackle! It was an additional service, but it was so worth it! Everything went Perfect. They did a great job pressure cleaning the driveway. I needed the job done in a hurry and they came out right away and did the job for a great price. I had them come back to seal the driveway which also went very well. Would highly recommend AV Clean & Seal.

The crew arrived punctual and immediately explained the process and the expectations prior to actually beginning and allowing an opportunity for questions or expressing any concerns on my part. They set up to accomplish the work. and proceeded to do a thorough and professional cleaning. Good service. Punctual, friendly and fast. Pleasure to deal with. My only comment is that the back side of the roof received less attention than the front, some dirt and mildew is still visible on the roof edges facing the backyard.

"thank you we really appreciate your business. as far as the roof goes we clean and spray a moldicide on the roof to eliminate any growth you may have on the roof. some algae and mold in savere cases like this one may linger untill it completely dies off. think of this as a weed killer. the majority will Be taken care of on the spot. some really Bad areas have to dry out and will fall off over time as our products dwell on the roof and continue working over time . please allow a few day for the products to really Do its job if anything feel free to give us a call and we will be more then happy to go Back out and treat the spot again at no charge ."

They were suppose to pressure clean house, they sprayed some chemical on house to clean it. They never rinsed it off, plus they killed every plant around the house. I would never use again nor would I recommend them. They never pressure cleaned house and I spent almost $200.00 for this.

Alex texted me to let me know that he was on the way and he arrived shortly after. He estimated that the job would take about 2 hours to complete and was done in less time in actuality. He noted that my driveway was badly in need of cleaning and offered to include the driveway cleaning for an additional nominal amount to which I agreed. I was pleased with the overall job and the fact that he honored the 5% discount coupon that was posted on his Angies List Profile.
