Lumber Liquidators

We needed to replace the laminate wood floors in our home approximately 1500 square feet of space that needed replacing. Obviously, any business would be happy to get such a great order. We shopped around and decided to purchase our bamboo flooring at Lumber Liquidators. We were treated well at the store and were elated to find out that they had a (according to them) great company that would do the install and (according to them) would help solidify the floor installation warranted. The company and crew that came to do the install were very nice and seemed to take pride in their work so we were not concerned about getting them back in if something needed to be fixed within the 1 year warranty period. The install company was EuroFloors owned and operated by Doru (John) Baleanu. They seemed to do a good job, but a couple of the bamboo boards started to separate with a gap 4 months after installation, no big deal or so we thought. We made attempt after attempt to get John back in to do this seemingly simple repair but to no avail. We kept on calling and after multiple missed appointments, we decided to call the Lumber Liquidator store located in Dania FL #1006 to complain. We were assured that this would be their top priority, with multiple apologies, but as expected, they got paid and brushed it off. I am here to tell you stay away from Lumber Liquidators and especially stay away from John at EuroFloors. There are plenty of other places to purchase your flooring where they will honor their warranty. Horrible experience!
