Andrew is very kind. When the worker came back to complete the check-off list, Andrew told him to help prop up our fence that the storm had blown down. My husband and I are in our 70s and were unable to do this ourselves. We really appreciated his kind gesture. Thank you to Justin and George for your hard work.

Andrew is an awesome Contractor and he is honest in letting you know what can or can not be done. The work is excellent and professionally done. He answers all questions, explains in details the progression of progress. Most importantly, Chris and Justine does excellent top of the line work! Andrew and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Work was completed within the set time and everything was high quality. The crew was able to address additional small issues that I had not noticed during the repair and everything still came in at the quoted cost.

This was my first experience with SIMCORP Construction & remodeling Company. They remodeled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The project manager was very easy to work with. He kept us updated and informed about every aspect of the remodel. I am very happy with the results.

What a pleasure it was working with Simcorp. I dealt with Andrew and he was their every step of the way from design to install. Top notch company with a great work crew. He was on budget and I even threw them a last minute curve ball and changed the floor color. To quote Andrew no problem I give you what you want. My new kitchen is beautiful and the envy of my neighbors.

I hired Sim Corp to renovate my entire home. Andrew the owner was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the project before starting. Kept me informed every step of the way and saved me money by inputting his expertise with my kitchen cabinets and appliances and bathroom lay out. Workers are very respectful and on time from Start to finish and The job site was immaculate at the ends of each workday. Andrew his company provided high quality work in renovating my unfinished basement into a finely finished basement. The finished basement now serves as recreation space, storage, laundry room with available future space for a 3/4 bathroom. Andrew and his systematic approach, consistent customer communication, his staff professionalism and no-nonsense craftsmanship makes him ; his team worthy for serious consideration for any major home improvement / renovation project. Everyday he asked if they were any questions. He was accessible via text messaging. He was very clear regarding what I could do to keep the project moving in a timely fashion. And the assigned project was finished in excellent time. His crew started at the time they agreed to and they did not cut any corners. They were neat organized. They were not sloppy. Everyday, at the close of business, you could actually see the progression of the project unfold. You really get your money worth with this company. The crew was courteous and they rarely asked for anything, except for my input regarding personal customizations. If you want the job done correctly the first time in an expeditious fashion, this is company to use. Andrew says what he does, and does what he says. He is upfront and leaves you with no questions. If you need work done and do not know who to trust, Andrew his Company is reliable, transparent and they excel in executing. The worker arrived on time. He pays a great attention to details. He tried to get everything right. He is very professional and reliable. I like the quality of the work. I will recommend this company and hire him again.

We had a complete inside house renovation, 3500 sqft. Andrew said he would be there everyday, some Saturdays too, and he was, never missed a day during the 5 month renovation. He was always available and very responsive. I have been in the home building industry for over 20 years and it was obvious that Andrew knows what he is doing and brings over 30 years of experience and talent to the job everyday. Another great attribute he brings to the job is the ability to share ideas but also listens to new ideas and is very willing to try new ways and styles. I canâ t say that Andrew didnâ t have strong opinions from time to time but we were always, and I mean always able to work through any issue or disagreement. (He even sometimes admitted he was wrong, LOL) Seriously, I found a friend in Andrew and his team, which is something I never expected. His lead guy on my job, Justin, has the greatest attitude and wants to please the customer and his boss and does a great job walking that line. I consider Andrew and Justin to be life long friends. The job was large, a complete remodel, every room in the house, floors to ceilings, fixtures and new builds, tear outs and reruns of electric and plumbing. There wasnâ t a spot in the house that wasnâ t touched, new door trim, new window trim, new base, new doors, added doors, cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, carpet, if it goes in a house it was done during this job. Andrew has a CAN DO attitude and a WILL DO mentality. It was a pleasure working with him, and in my case I did work with him, but even if thatâ s not your desire, he can and will do it all. If Andrew says he will do something, he does it, no exceptions and no excuses, heâ s there when he says heâ ll be and stays until itâ s done. His crew listens to him, learns from him and keeps the job site clean and neat, well, as neat as you can during a full remodel. If I were to do this again, I hope thatâ s not the case, I would use Andrew, SIMCORP, again. One last shout out to Andrew and his team, especially Justin who never missed a day and always aimed to please, worked extra hard and put in numerous extra hours, always going the extra mile. Thanks to Andrew for his willingness to allow Justin to do that, that shows the kind of leader Andrew is and his willingness to have his crew be so customer oriented. I highly recommend Andrew and his crew. They gutted our pond and reconstructed it, including plants and fish! Then added spot lightening, driveway lighting, improved pavers, and finished it all up w amazing gravel work. He communicated the entire project, was on time, had a reliable and efficient crew, and overall was so amazing to work with. He went above and beyond!!!!
