We were remodeling our bathrooms and I wanted a new look for a shower enclosure.   I found three glass companies close by and called all three.  One never answered the phone.  The second answered the phone, took a message and then never called back.   I think this was a godsend because when I called the third, I got Alex de Latorre.  We made an appointment and he arrived on the button.   He spent time with me discussing my ideas and advising me how the look could be achieved.   He was very conscious about safety and recommended that we not get a glass pane too thin.   He came back again to measure (again on time) and told us it would take a week to manufacture.   Indeed, a week later we had our shower shield but the other shower enclosure was not ready.  He apologized profusely and even offered to take the shower enclosure out of his own house to use until our glass arrived !!!   Talk about going above and beyond.   The shower enclosure was ready to be installed one week later.  Our walls are not plumb but Alex stayed 5 hours and worked until he could get the shower doors to roll smoothly.   Amazing work and a true professional.  You will not be disappointed
