Description of Work: I ordered and paid for a round velvet cushion that took months to make. They kept forgetting when I would pop in. Finally upon completion, they said they would deliver and never did. Several calls later, they said their delivery man quit and that I needed to come get the product.

Description of Work: They are never in the store. When you call them, they say that they are going to be there and u usually have to wait for them to show up. They wanted to charge me a lot for just fixing one button in a cushion. I left my things once and went back after a few months for the same thing and they wanted to charge me way more. I wouldn't recommend it. Not very profesional.

 + -1 moreI scheduled an appointment for 1/8/16 at 11AM. No one showed up or called. I called at 11:30AM to inquire. The person I spoke with had no idea about an appointment and said he would call someone to find out about the appointment. He never called back. I called again after noon and no one answered the phone. I left a voice mail asking to be called back. No one called back. I would never use this company nor recommnend them. One hand does not know what the other is doing. They are truly unprofessional.

Description of Work: Hired Waldo to reupholster an old, beat up, contemporary couch with "great bones." After coming to inspect the couch, to make sure the frame was solid, he gave us a quote and estimate of two weeks. Beautiful reupholstered couch looks like new and was delivered on time. This was our second time using Waldo. He previously recanted the seat of our bentwood rocker and did a great job then, too.
