Rob was the tech that did the work of getting rats from our attic.  He was conscientious, timely and knowledgeable. it took 4 or 5 visits to finally rid them and he followed up on each of his visits.

Trapper John not only got rid of the rats but they also sealed up my building. I haven't seen a rat or any evidence of a rat in months.

Very well. was expecting 3 or 4 animals. Got the whole neighborhood. Total of 10 raccoons.  Mike at Trapper John was humane and prompt. Came late to avoid animals from being in cages too long. Very satisfied.
