The process was great she met with me on some evenings and weekends scheduling appointments at the different apartments available. I found being straight forward with her was the best way for her to find what I need especially in the area of price and location. I did learn that taking my time finding the right location made the difference. I have been here two and a half years now and aside from wanting to buy a house now, I would not move as the location is perfect and neighbors nice. The landlord just raised the rent for the first time by $50 but considering I was paying $650 all this time, I have no complaints.

I met with a real estate agent named Rosa Delgado. I explained to her that I was moving out of my condominium which was a two bedroom and bath and that I was now needing to down size to a one bedroom apartment. I was looking to rent in Hollywood, Florida, close to the interstate and shopping. After showing me two properties, I found the one I am living in today and I cannot say how happy I am. The rent is only $650 and it is a very large one bedroom. Since I was the renter, I only had to pay for a background check and the owner paid Rosa's commission.
