 + -1 moreIt was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a house. I would not recommend him and I even contacted the Better Business Bureau because I felt he was totally unprofessional. It is a shame something like this should be easy and make you feel comfortable but he made us feel as though we were a nuisance. We quickly forgot about him after we moved into our beautiful new home but I will never say a nice word about his work. When I called and told him how I felt it was like he didn?t even know me. Shame on him!
Description of Work: Bruce Bender was the mortgage agent for my home loan and I wish I had never heard the name! He is unprofessional and totally unsympathetic when it comes to the needs of a new home buyer. When he gets frustrated he would tell me "I am done for the day I need a drink" and would leave his office and not return calls until the next day! The lawyer he provided to review my documents was as unprofessional as he was. And there were mistakes on my closing documents and they were NOT caught and my first year's insurance premium was NEVER PAID. I had to pay it out of pocket after closing. The lawyer just said "people make mistakes"
